Requests for Written Responses for Building Work

Estimated Between $10,000 to $25,000

The Purchasing Division will utilize this web page to advertise small building related work that comes under Chapter 149 Section 44A of the Massachusetts General Laws, which requires Requests for Written Responses for the following types of work:

“Every contract for the construction, reconstruction, installation, demolition, maintenance or repair of any building estimated to cost not less than $10,000 but not more than $25,000”

Interested parties should click on the link(s) listed at the bottom of this page to view the advertisement(s) for any currently available work in this category. They may then contact the Purchasing Division either by e-mail at purchasing@andoverma.gov or by calling (978) 623-8216 or 8214 to request the Plans and Specifications for the advertised work.

Only Request for Written Responses with estimated costs of not less than $10,000 but not more than $25,000 will be advertised on this page. Other construction related projects and work that require formal bids or proposals will not be advertised on this web page. Those projects are required to be advertised in the Central Register published weekly by the Secretary of State’s Office.
