Downtown Andover Placemaking Initiative

On April 4, 2019, the Planning Division hosted Gamble Associates with The Agency, to present findings for a reconfigured parking area and potential placemaking opportunities behind the Old Town Hall and at the Park Street Village parking lot.  The findings stemmed from feedback at four public meetings, including one at the Old Town Hall, two with the Economic Development Council (Business and Building owners) in December 2018 and a daytime public meeting at the Andover History Center in February 2019, and a survey that received over 1100 responses.
