The waiting list for State funded housing for senior or disabled people is always open. Call the Andover Housing Authority office at 978-475-2365. You can also stop by the office at 100 Morton Street in Andover during office hours Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and on Fridays, we are open from 8 a.m. to noon.  Visit our website: http://www.andoverhousing.org/

  • 1 Person: $40,300
  • 2 People: $46,050
  • 3 People: $51,800
  • 4 People: $57,550
  • 5 People: $62,200
  • 6 People: $66,800
  • 7 People: $71,400
  • 8 People: $76,000

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program payment standards (all utilities included):

  • Efficiency Unit: $1,209
  • 1 Bedroom: $1,295
  • 2 Bedrooms: $1,554
  • 3 Bedrooms: $1,796
  • 4 Bedrooms: $2,004
