Chandler Road Recreational Area

The Town is now the current owner of the property at 138 Chandler Road, and we are now ready to begin engaging the community to plan this recreational amenity. On April 12th the Town will be hosting the first in a series of public meetings where residents will be invited to share their interest and offer their input for this site. The information gathered from the community conversations will drive the schematic design for the property. We look forward to hearing from the community and building a great asset for generations of Andover residents.

Public Engagement

At Town Meeting on June 5, 2021, Andover residents approved the purchase two parcels of land - 138 and 140 Chandler Road. The total size of the two parcels amounts to 44.41 acres which allows the community to plan numerous potential programming options and conserve a great amount of open space.
