Second Floor of Town Offices Closed For Renovations

Beginning in June 2025, the second floor of the Andover Town Offices, located at 36 Bartlet Street, will be temporarily closed as part of a long-planned renovation project to improve the accessibility and functionality of public spaces within the building. The project is expected to last through April, 2026.

To ensure uninterrupted service to the community during construction, the following departments have temporarily relocate dand operate at full capacity from Old Town Hall, located at 20 Main Street:

Treasurer’s Office – 978-623-8940
Town Clerk’s Office – 978-623-8230
Assessor’s Office – 978-623-8930
Human Resources & People - 978-623-8960
Legal Department - 978-623-8260 

Parking is available in the municipal lot directly behind Old Town Hall, and along Barnard Street and Park Street. 

Many transactions, including bill payments, can be completed online. Payments and other correspondence can also be place in the secure dropbox located infront of Town Offices, located at 36 Bartlet Street.
