The Town of Andover’s Department of Public Works (DPW) is pleased to offer Earth Machine compost bins at a reduced rate to Andover residents. Each bin costs $25.00. The DPW will be purchasing these backyard composters in bulk on behalf of residents and is offering them at a discount to promote the practice of backyard composting.
The DPW will be taking orders until March 31st and will place an order shortly after. Shipment is expected to take 4 -6 weeks. The DPW will contact participating residents after the shipment arrives for pickup arrangements. We will post updates here as the information becomes available.
Interested residents must complete the Compost Bin Order Form and mail a check, payable to the Town of Andover, to:

Please include your phone number on your check and your Andover address, if not already indicated on the check. Residents can also drop off their check in the DPW’s dropbox, located by the front entrance at the address above.
