The Town of Andover's Mobile Town Hall is an extension of Town Offices that allows residents to access services offered by the town in a convenient location. This neighborhood based program allows residents and businesses to perform transactions with town staff as well as access information and services. Funded by a state grant, this new service focuses on customer service and making it easier to interact with town government.
